Supervisory authorities

Digital Services Act oversight for the operator is handled by the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), acting as the Digital Services Coordinator. For data protection, the competent authority is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). As an EU consumer, you may also contact the authorities in your own country.
